6th anniversary @ Crown Regency

02.26.12 -YES! indeed we have made it for our 6th anniversary. Though everything fell out of plan, (like leaving #CrownRegency earlier than expected) we managed to celebrate it and conquered approximately 80miles of distance from each other. We have planned celebrating it in the hotel I worked in -Crown Regency Fuente Towers. The place is known with it's world-famous sky rides including the Sky Walk Extreme and the first and only Edge Coaster in the world. Well, those were fascinating but we didn't actually had the time to try those together (since I've been enjoying 50% off discounts with hotel's facilities, I've tried those already for the nth time -so weren't interested with the thrilling experience anymore).

When we checked-in at the hotel around 12nn, we were amazed with our room located at the 22nd floor of Tower 1 -Room 2201 (if I'm not mistaken). The room has a glass walls covered with curtains, the view of Cebu's Fuente Circle was really nice. We even slide the curtains the whole day and we seemed like watching the world below us. The busy street of Fuente, the people rushing to whatever appointment they have, the great colored sky and the together made our room very perfect for a couple who's been away from each other for some time.

After checking-in, I had to go for a dental appointment, #BF told me he also have to leave for a picture taking whatever at their review center, after 2 hours later, he actually came to fetch me at the hotel lobby, I had actually no idea that he went to a flower shop, he just made the picture taking thing an alibi for me not to notice his plans. I was surprised seeing a bouquet of pink and red roses in our hotel room. It was something that really made me smile 'cause the moth before our anniv, I kept on bugging him of my change of likes and wants, immaturely I told him before I rather have chocolates than roses, but now I wanted the latter. And it all made sense to me then, this guy really wanted me happy by giving me exactly what I needed. I am very lucky to have this guy so in love with me, obsessing of on doing tings he knows I'll be at my happiest.

We attended mass at San Vicente Church that afternoon since it was too hot to swim at the outdoor pool located at the 9th floor of Tower 2 (where I actually worked for 9months).  After the late mass around 7pm, we dined at Dong Juan at Mango One Avenue. The place is famous for their mouthwatering burgers and steaks. He had himself their burger specialty while I had steak for diner. Like the usual us, chit-chatting was always common between us. Talking about anything, anyone, or whatever. We are never bored when we are together.

We went back at our hotel room around 9pm and decided to have a swim. We tried the sit massage at the pool that kept us relaxed and relieved from stress due from our hot busy day. There were actually 3 pools in that area and a Jacuzzi too. Under the moonlight, with the city's view, we had a great time soaking ourselves unto the waters.

Well of course, the whole experience made us very tired and had a good night sleep. But oh, that night before we had our sleep, we opened the curtains to watch the magnificent view of the city lights and to our luck, a firework display was occurring at one area of Cebu just facing our room. Fireworks, shooting stars --those were actually our peg. :))

We woke up the next day as our official anniversary 02.26.12.. We had breakfast at Mcdonalds -the nearest and most convenient place to dine when in Crown since its a walking distance and just a building away from the hotel. We swam again, fortunately, we were able to have the jacuzzi for ourselves.

Nevertheless, my stay in Cebu, was incomparable to the horrors I have experienced in the city. This experience is one of my many favorite moments I have shared with Em since day one of our 6 years story. I am proud of the fact that we are a happy couple with happy hearts. We may not be certain of what lies ahead of us, but as long as we have each other now, that's quite enough for the moment.

Happy 6 years and more Emmanuel. I love you and I'm sorry i didn't make it there in Cebu 'til the end of March atleast. I love you always and forever. <3
